MGM-Mirage takes lead in health & wellness program

Workforce Magazine recently recognized MGM-Mirage for their efforts to help employees curb their smoking habits. This is big news for an industry that is surrounded by smokers. With 67,000 employees, an effort like this is a massive undertaking but will more than likely yield huge ROI (Return on Investment) by way of insurance premiums and claims. Kudos to MGM-Mirage - for stepping up and taking a leadership role.
