We do not recognize our teachers often enough. 

Recently the Milken Family Foundation recognized two Nevada teachers for their excellence:

• Ernie Ashby - Orr Middle School (Las Vegas)
• Valerie Bayarddevolo-Fine - Wooster High School (Reno)

Congratulations to both on being awarded a Milken Educator Award.  We truly appreciate your commitment to teaching our future leaders.
