The SHRM/Rutgers LINE® is the new employment indicator developed by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in collaboration with the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations.

It is safe to say that the ‘employer’s market’ is here.  Time to attract and recruit the best talent.  Go get em’.
