AARP is offering a free workforce assessment tool. You will need to have the most recent Adobe Acrobat Reader to download this, so I caution you to do that first.
The assessment takes about 30 minutes to complete and will assist you in your future workforce planning - including how to plan for the retirement of the baby boomers and how to plan your recruitment advertising budget.
