Employment branding & its importance

Nowadays ‘employment branding’ is more than just a buzz word; it is part of every HR professionals vocabulary. With the foreseeable “war for talent” on the horizon, every employer is positioning itself to stand out as an ‘employer of choice.’ But can all employers be an employer of choice? I don’t think so.
