Building and stocking fishing ponds

Many times I am asked to relate what we do at Recruiting Nevada to another industry.
The closest I can come up with is …..
We build and stock private fishing ponds for our clients. Most consider our stocked ponds to be filled with ”endangered” or “rare” species. We travel the countryside to identify and attract those rare species to attract to our pond. And then we sell access to clients to fish a pond of the most qualified pre-screened species for their particular needs. And the best part is, this “species” has already been sold on living in our bigger pond called Nevada. Our clients continue to tell us what type of fish they need to catch and we continue to chum the waters to find more of that candidate.
This is kind of like fishing at the local carnival. You know you are going to catch a winner!!
Wanna go fishing?
I hope you enjoy my off-the-wall writings from time to time. I enjoy writing them.
Happy Friday!
