I spent this past weekend in San Francisco with my wife. My goal was to “not” think about business during our mini vacation. All was good until we were kicking back in Union Square and I saw this:

Macys has an established audience of customers who may be be interested in becoming employees. Thousands pass through these doors every day (imagine…Union Square). The URL is memorable. And the cost is next to nothing; maybe a few dollars for the vinyl to apply to the window.
Recruitment advertising does not need to be complicated. If you have a loyal audience that you can reach at no cost, take advantage of it.
