Congrats to Station Casinos

Congratulations go out to Station Casinos who have climbed the Fortune “100 Best Companies to Work For” list. They have risen to No. 18 from No. 55 last year. They are also the only gaming company to make the list.

Recognition on “lists” such as the Fortune “100 Best Companies to Work For” is huge for any company. It boosts employee moral internally, and helps create a great employment brand externally.

The only other Nevada company to make the list was Granite Construction in Reno, NV. Congrats go out to Granite as well. This is quite an achievement.

For Nevada, the more companies that make these lists the more we all succeed. It brings recognition to not only the company, but the entire state.

There are many types of recognition awards out there. Not all will fit your company culture. But take the time to apply for those that do.
