Boomers to Bust Age Bias?

With baby boomers just entering retirement stage of their lives there are many unknowns.

A new white paper published by RetirementJobs.com and interbiznet takes the subject head-on believing baby boomers will redefine retirement as we know it today.

Some of their findings:

There is an emerging age friendly employer pattern
A more conclusive study needs to be conducted (outside of government)
There is positive support of age 50+ workers
Making a law alone does not change behavior
The “tipping point” of massive retirement is on the horizon
